Cynthia Dunning a participé au "International workshop of the Practical Application of the Salalah Guidelines for the Management of Public Archeological Sites" organisé par l’Office of the Adviser to His Majesty the Sultan for cultural affairs and ICOMOS-Oman en collaboration avec UNESCO World Heritage Center et ICOMOS à Nizwa, (Sultanat d’Oman) du 16 au 19 septembre 2019 avec la conférence "Exemplary archaeological Parks. A reality?". Il s’agissait de montrer les différents types de parcs archéologiques et d’énumérer les défis qu’on rencontre dans leur gestion.
