In 2018, ArchaeoConcept was commissioned by the University of Bern and the European Association of Archaeologists (EAA) to organise the European Archaeology Fair and the excursion programme of the EAA's annual conference in Bern from 4 to 7 September 2019. In close cooperation with municipalities, cantons, museums and sites, the company organised nine excursions throughout Switzerland. These excursions, each as diverse as the next (see programme), were available for the 1800 delegates expected in the capital and 200 people from over 28 nationalities took part.

The European Archaeology Fair was held in the central building of the University of Bern and its main objective was to promote archaeological products by offering a platform for meetings and exchanges for professionals from all over the world. It was attended by 29 exhibitors from Switzerland, Europe, the United States and Japan, including publishing houses, technology developers, research institutes and universities, as well as associations.
